Laura is a licensed Occupational Therapist who completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Mount Mary University. She has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist since 2014. Laura pursued OT after observing its benefits for her son when he struggled in elementary school. She is completing her Illinois Early Intervention credentialing and is interested in continuing her education in MNRI, Interactive Metronome, and Bal-A-Vis-X. Laura is especially passionate about mental health, emotional regulation, and sensory integration. She and her husband have lived in Grayslake for over 18 years, have 2 teenage children, and are long-time members of the choir at their church. In her free time Laura enjoys nature photography, hiking, kayaking, and time at the lake.
